Some of the book is really for professionals who may interrogate someone but a lot of it is useful for other people. I feel most vulnerable with financial advisers, mortgage brokers, car sales people but I have also had to hire and manage people (as well as look for jobs) and this book is definitely helpful in that area. I listened to a TED talk given by the author and I was hooked.”
