“Angel Food” consists of a series of short sermons for children on the truths of the Catholic Faith – but told with engaging stories, in a style and simple language that children can understand.
The author was a parish priest in New York for many years during the mid 1900’s. He was the author of several books for children, the most well known being the books in what is considered the “Angel Food” series.
