“Do hard things. I was very skeptical at first. I never considered myself a Christian so I really didn’t want to read the book at first. I had someone recommend the book and they also bought the book for me so I really didn’t have a choice. I started reading the book mindlessly at first just trying to take in little bits of the book I could actually talk about it with the person who got me it. then after about 30 pages I actually started reading and was sucked in. I had to start over but it was worth it. I was amazed to see the things some teens were doing while I sat at home doing nothing and wasting time away. It was kind of the book I needed because I was convinced that I couldn’t do anything because of my age. That I had to grow up first. It was like an eye opener. It changed my perspective on a lot of things. I guess I could say I made a bigger attempt in getting to church and trying to make a difference. Overall it was a really good book. I’d recommend it to a lot of people.”
