“I am re-reading this (while I wait for other books to be at the library,)…. I first read this when I had three toddlers and remember feeling that it was worth-while. Now, as I re-read, I feel Ike it should just be common sense/ common courtesy. We wouldnt talk rude to our friends, why do we give ourselves permission to be rude to our kids? Then, I listen to how I talk to my kids, and I think “wow, what a bitch, it’s sure good you are reading that book again so you’ll pay attention to the way you are talking”! So ummmm…. Thanks :).”
