“I think this is a great book. There are things he mentions that I would never have expected to be important to leadership (like a sense of humor) or takes things that knew were important but hadn’t thought of in certain ways (reading). I would say the one weakness would be that it is more weighted for those who have the desire/passion to lead without the solid foundation of conviction, whereas he doesn’t address as much those who have the conviction, but aren’t really doing anything. Definitely a solid book on leadership, and one that goes beyond the simple pragmatism of many books in the leadership genre.”
